Sr. Executive - HR

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business.

Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

Manage the recruitment and selection process.

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital .

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization .

Nurture a positive working environment.

Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Executive Operations

Effectively deal with custom staff.

Should be able to handle cargo un-loading .

Manage custom clearance.

Responsible to handle import s & exports (Sea/Air) independently.

Responsible to correspond / coordinate independently to importers / exporters / shippers / liners / transporters / overseas agents / statutory authorities.

Responsible to work with international freight forwarding.

Responsible to handle Customs clearance – air / sea / ICD. Independently handle and provide daily / weekly / monthly status / statistics generation / updating shipping / delivery / transshipment / marketing prospects status.

Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Manager – Warehousing (Sales)

Business Development.

Sourcing new customers for warehouse.

Pricing Management.

Open to travel to North India for setting up the warehouse.

Ensure adequate & timely planning of resources in coordination with supplier quality team for completion of supplier evaluation & qualification activities.

Ensure compliance to purchasing controls.

Complete ownership of the Warehouse management including layout optimization, 3PL management, setting KPIs and performance expectations.

Use of lean and digital tools to measure and drive improvements / productivity through real time visualization.

Work cross-functionally with other groups (e.g. Logistics, Transporters, OTR, Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, etc.) to understand requirements and resolve issues.

Maintain and monitor department metrics (e.g. aged ASN, received not delivered, inventory accuracy, etc.), take action and/or establish new metrics as needed.

Improve stockroom utilization and efficiency by considering layout, flow, and personnel distribution.

Coordinate all activities for annual physical inventory & Daily Cycle count.

Provide Guidance and support to the kitting and line feeding team to develop a lean flow.

Monitoring scheduling and ensuring packaging (Quality , Efficiency etc).

Working closely with Finance and Inventory Manager to maintain Stock room accuracy and Tax (Import and Local ) accuracy.
